"Au premier abord l'environnement est surprenant (zone artisanale) en fait c'est un plus pour la tranquillité et la sécurité. Les propriétaires habitent sur place mais l'hébergement est complÚtement indépendant. Le studio est un petit nid douillet, bien équipé, décoré avec goût, trÚs propre avec une literie de bonne qualité.La petite terrasse est un plus.Olivier est trÚs sympathique et à l'écoute de nos besoins.Localisation parfaite pour des balades en bord de Seine, visiter les Andélys, Chùteau...

Appartement sous les combles, il fait trĂšs trĂšs chaud en Ă©tĂ© et il y’a des moustiques, un ventilateur sera un plus. Isolation avec les propriĂ©taire nulle le soir on Ă©coute tous ce que dise les voisins. Je conseil pas du tous. Attention photos sur le site mensongĂšre. "

 et nous Ă©tions 4 !‱ Les couchages sont vieillissants et inconfortables. Le lit 2 places est tellement difforme qu’il dĂ©borde du sommier. Les lits d’appoint commencent Ă  ĂȘtre dĂ©chirĂ©s et n’avaient pas le sur-matelas...

Le lave vaisselle n'est pas trÚs efficace. Il n'y a pas 6 chaises alors qu'on peut y dormir à 6. Pour un séjour d'un WE, c'est pas terrible. On s'est adapté."
