  • Welcome to The Suite Spot ~ your private retreat nestled in the Foothills of Vernon.
    Enjoy the scenic views of the mountains from the suite, the garden and your private covered Hot Tub!

    Take advantage of our location;
    7mins away from city, for restaurants/amenities &
    15mins away from lots of beautiful beaches/ lakes & sight seeing adventures and of course we are
    15mins away from Silver Star Resort & Sovereign Lake Nordic Ski Centre ~ our local Winter Wonderland !!

    The kitchen is fully equipped and you have the option to dine inside or out.

    The Suite also has central air conditioning for the summer months and a thermostated gas fireplace for the cooler months.

    There are two Tv's, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, with cable/netflix/prime/crave and High Speed internet 350 mbps.

    The property features one Master Bedroom with a king size bed and a large closet. The Master Bedroom also has space for a single foam mattress or a travel crib if needed, just send me a request and I'll have it ready for you. Or if you prefer ~ the living room has a sofa bed (double).

    In the warmer months, you'll be able to enjoy your own private garden area with BBQ, table and chairs.

    We are a short walk away from a local park as well as the Grey Canal and BX Falls.

    Please note the bath operates as a shower only and the suite also has a washer and dryer.

    Please send me a request if you would like the use of an high chair/crib or foam mattress bed in the Master Bedroom instead of the sofa bed.

Great spot

We stayed for 4 nights and got in a couple of days of skiing at Silver Star. Great location, only 15 minutes from the hill, and excellent accommodations. The hot tub was a perfect end to a couple of spring skiing days!

We stayed at the Suite Spot for 5 days and loved the proximity to Silverstar and Vernon. We also appreciated the private hot tub which followed our days on the hill. Mike and Claire make sure that all the little touches are there to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Comfortable & convenient for Silverstar & Sovereign Skiing

The Suite Spot was a comfortable and convenient accommodation for cross country skiing at Silverstar and Sovereign Lake. The suite is well equipped and has a view across the hills. We appreciated the seasonal decorations and the little fireplace.Silverstar and Sovereign Lake are a short drive up the road and several groceries and restaurants are just minutes away. We'll stay again.

From arrival to departure, everything went smoothly. The suite was clean, spacious, comfortable and very quiet. Quiet & comfortable

We found the suite quiet & comfortable. Most of our activities were up at Silverstar which was a 15-20 minute drive away but this location was much more affordable than anything you can find closer to the ski hill. We made a few visits to the hot tub and were not disturbed. The absolute only negative thing I can think to say is there was no paper towels in the kitchen (which I'm sure they would have supplied had we asked). We will return here should we come back to Vernon. Cheers, Brendon.

Mike and Claire were great hosts! Every detail of the Suite Spot was intentional, from the provided essentials, small treats, and even spare charging cords! Extremely clean and comfortable. We are a family of 4 with younger kids and we loved our stay. We will stay with Mike and Claire again!
