“When we arrived, the front desk told us our reservation had been cancelled due to "over booking". I made the reservation 2 months in advance. Never received notice that it had been cancelled. The woman at the front desk was not friendly at all and didn't offer any help or compassion about our reservation being cancelled. That left us with NO place to stay and no available hotel rooms local. Probably a blessing in disguise as it looked like this hotel was more of month to month place for the……

None of the other guests could enjoy the amenities because they had completely taken over and the staff was not regulating the situation.”

Asked for a refund on second night and was suppose to have communication later in the day, and owners did not reach out. Still have not had any communication or refund. So will be following up again!”
