Lovely place to stay. Plenty of space for a big group with everything you need. Some aspects (the beds) are perhaps a little old but everything works.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 12 Personen zum Bouldern in Fontainebleau. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders die Küche war super. Die Zimmeraufteilung war auch gut, lediglich Doppeldecken sind für Gruppen mit Kindern ungeeignet. Da wäre eine eigene Decke für jede Person besser. Die Lage ist nicht ganz optimal zu den schönen Boulder-Gebieten, aber dafür stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

En arrivant nous sommes confronté a un autre groupe qui a réserve la meme periode. Proprietaire injoignable. Propreté limite. Punaise dans les chambres. Literie aux senteurs de mosi. Equipement sale ou en mauvais etat exterieurs a l abandon total. La personne qui nous recoit est charmante et non impliquée dans tous ces problèmes

Les personnes qui nous accueillent aussi bien au téléphone que sur place sont très agréables et donc bien choisies pour recevoir les nouveaux arrivants. La maison est très grande et fonctionnelle. La présence de deux grands réfrigérateurs a été salvateur. Merci.

Un grand gîte de charme mais qui manque d'entretien
C'est un grand gîte de caractère , tranquille, bien situé avec beaucoup de potentiel mais son manque d'entretien le dévalorise ce qui est dommage...l'état général est un peu vétuste (fuite du radiateur des wc du 2ème étage), le jardin est à l'abandon, la literie mériterait d'être remplacée ainsi que les poêles et casseroles, dommage aussi qu'il n'y avait pas de bois pour allumer la cheminée...et qu'au 1er étage , les chambres sont en enfilade et débouchent sur une salle de bain commune ce qui n'est pas très pratique). bref bien placé mais qui aurait besoin d'un bon rafraichissement ce qui le rendrait vraiment top!

La maison est au bord d'une route, tout est vétuste, le rez de chaussée sent le fuel, l'entrée est inondée quand il pleut, le jardin est petit avec une seule chaise longue, beaucoup de problèmes de réseau pour téléphoner ou pour le net, et le propriétaire ne répond pas aux mails en cas de problèmes.
