Located at Ocean Villa I Complex this Beachy Condo features a first floor, 1 bedroom King size bed, sofa sleeper, bathroom with walk in tiled shower, additional vanity sink, open floor plan, upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops, all stainless appliances, leather sofa bed, this condo sleeps three occupants only, all tile flooring throughout condo, semi private porch located on rear of the condo with 9 foot hedges.. New washer and dryer, beautiful furnishings and Florida décor. Relax outside your patio area and enjoy the wonderful sunshine and beautiful tropical landscaping. Just steps to the first hole of a 9-hole par 3 golf course, Tennis Courts, heated swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffle board, pools and a private ocean front beach. Gated security via 24 hour manned gate. We follow all the latest CDC guidelines regarding covid cleaning protocols. WiFi speeds up to 500Mbps - both TV Smart ROKU devices

Beautiful Unit in lovely community

This unit has all the comforts of home. It is lovely and a very short distance to the pool, beach and restaurant. We enjoyed the private back patio area, watching the cute little bunnies that live there.

Beautiful, comfortable condo steps to the beach

We stayed for 5 nights, wish it were longer. Our stay was dampened by a 2 day rain event but the unit was comfortable enough to let us decompress and binge watch some TV and back to the beach when it cleared up. Close to restaurants and Ft. Pierce for grocery shopping and the hosts had a bottle of wine and flowers waiting for us on arrival. If our travels bring us back to the area we would definitely stay again, top notch.

Hometown Vacation

Grew up in Fort Pierce and decided to come back for our vacation this year. The condo was just what we needed! Close to everything we wanted to do! We enjoyed the beach, and the fact that everything we needed was already supplied by the owners was a huge bonus! Thank you so much for lending us your space, we will definitely be back!

Loved the condo and tropical decor. The location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Tennis courts right outside the door so playing every morning was so convenient. Everyone was so friendly and inviting. I will definitely be booking again!

Just as described in pics - great communication from owners. Lovely flowers and wine with music presented at entry. The master bed has a 4” thick sponge topper which was too much as we like a firm bed but we made it work. There are no grills at all in the complex if you like to grill. The restaurant on site was closed as it was off season but we were happy with the condo all in all.

Beachy Condo

This condo is clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything you need is in the condo. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. We always bring our own chairs and beach umbrella but it's nice to know they are there for your use. Had a small issue with the air conditioning and Kurt was there within the hour to remedy the situation. We don't frequent restaurants and I found everything needed to cook our meals. Easy walk to the beach and pool. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. We spent 21 days in this condo. It's our second time at this particular one. I would never consider another condo in OV. A huge thank you to Kurt and Melody. The flowers and wine are such a nice touch after a long drive. We really hated to leave since it feels like a second home.

Very nice Ocean Village Condo

This is the second year that we have stayed at this condo and we are booked for next year. The pictures and description of the condo are 100% accurate. Kurt and Melody are wonderful people and take pride in their condo and want their renters to enjoy what they have to offer.

Beach Time!

Perfectly apportioned condo for a couple to enjoy rest and relaxation time together. Golf, Tennis, Beach just a few of the amenities available. Ocean Village is the best value on the Treasure Coast.

We simply have enjoyed our stay at Kurt & Melody’s villa! Everything was clean, all our needs were met and appreciated! Kurt brought golf clubs for my husband who played 3 times & loved the course. Pickleball using felt paddles was fun! The grounds & all of the other activities also was much appreciated! Everyone we met at Ocean Villages was so nice & helpful. We cannot say enough good things about the resort! Kurt, thank you so much for the quick response to our door access issue that we caused!😊

I went by myself. I felt very safe there. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed. They also have a nice gym on site that I worked out in. You also have access to the beach.

All in all - perfect

My daughter and I spent two weeks in this lovely apartment. We couldn't have found a nicer place to be. It was beautifully furnished and everything we could possibly need was there. There was more than adequate drawer space. The king-size bed was super. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in a quiet space at the back.

Fantastic getaway to a beachside paradise

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! Such a lovely and welcoming place. You felt transported into a tropical oasis. The place was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The whole community was great and the beach was a few minutes walk away and was spectacular. We wish we didn't have to leave! Thank you for your hospitality especially when our plans changed last minute due to a spring snowstorm.
