「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we...

「For the price of this hotel, you would assume you’re walking into the most lavish of scenes. The condition of the furniture in our room was as if it was straight from 1982 and maybe hadn’t been properly cleaned since. Everything was falling apart. They said they are undergoing major renovations this year, which is just too bad that we spent a fortune on our stay there.」

「Very clean room, excellent cleaning staff. Quiet location, across the street from the path to the beach, beautiful beach and chairs/umbrellas/wheelie available at Inn, heated, clean pool a bonus, they accept dogs, and Amy is very friendly and helpful. Only a couple of miles from the center of Vero. A great little secret find!」

「Had to Call 911 as the Staff refused to act on the Teenagers running around and screaming at 2:15am and again at 3:30 am. The sign inside the rooms clearly states 10pm is quiet time and those breaking it will be asked to leave without a refund. Multiple people complained in the morning but we were the only ones to call the police and the management. They never even offered to comp our room for the night or apologize. Still waiting for the owner to call us!」

「Unprofessional front desk clerk. Leo’s stalking cars running people information through NCIC database for no reason. Leo’s driving through parking lot with no lights on at all almost causing an accident. At 9:30 pm-10:30 pm this happened on 2/26/2026. All around poor experience. I should not receive a call asking who I pissed off due to fact my info was ran more than 10 times in the short span of 4 days. Do better. 」

「I had to cancel our reservation, before check-in. The property told me there were no refunds per Expedia policy. I have a message from the property stating this. Expedia claims they tried to negotiate a refund and the property refused. Someone is lying!!! I'll never utilize Expedia or Hilton hotels again!!!」
