Beautiful house and area

We had an amazing stay at the villa. After 3 days in Venice arriving at the villa was everything we hoped for and more, especially the hot tub! The town was lovely and it was great to be able to walk in to it. We used local bars and restaurants and got all the shopping we needed. We visited Lake Garda, Mantua and Verona - all really worth visiting 😊

Amazing Property

The property was fantastic with excellent facilities. The bedrooms are all large doubles. The garden is beautiful. The only thing missing is a swimming pool, although there is a hot tub. While Grezzana is a small town and a little remote, it does have its own charm and local wineries. It's a good base to explore the region with a 20 minute drive into Verona, which is an amazing city, 40 minutes to Sirmione on Lake Garda and 1 hour 15 minutes from Venice.

Nous avons adoré ce séjour en tout point. L'accueil fut très attentionné, les équipements complets, chambres confortables et bien insonorisées. Un site enchanteur pour se déposer après des journées de visite bien remplies! On recommandera ce gîte à tous nos proches.

Traumwohnung!

Als Familie mit 7 Personen (Altersspanne: 28 - 90) haben wir jeden Tag - selbst den Regentag - in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung mit dem schönen Garten (und nicht zu vergessen dem Whirlpool) sehr genossen. Sie ist tatsächlich noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Lage ist auch toll. Grezzana ist kein Touriort, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Verona ist gut und schnell zu erreichen und der Gardasee auch nicht weit. Frederica und ihr Mann sind sehr angenehme, zurückhaltende Gastgeber, die sich sofort kümmern, wenn es etwas zum kümmern gibt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wundervoll

Das Feriendomizil liegt ideal für einen Ausflug nach Verona, Hop on Hop off sehr zu empfehlen. Die Landschaft um Grezzana ist traumhaft. Kaffee und Eis in Grezzana war super. Im Garden Floridea haben wir drei Pflanzen gekauft. Und einmal den Gardasee umrundet mit Stop in Malcesine, bei Guido in Campione und Sirmione. Es war einfach Alles toll.

Rundum Zufrieden

Es hat wirklich alles gepasst. Das Haus, der Garten, der Whirlpool und die lieben Gastgeber. Wir hatten natürlich auch Glück mit dem Wetter. Nur sollte man sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass man auf das Auto angewiesen ist wenn man Ausflüge machen möchte.

Spätsommer in Grezzana

Bei warmem Herbstwetter konnten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub an einem wunderbaren Ort geniessen. Wir waren das zweite Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Vielen Dank den Gastgebern für die sehr angenehme Zeit.

The whirlpool was nice - the dog was not.

It´s a beautiful place, well located to visit a lot of places. The owners were very nice and welcomed us with a present, however there was a dog that bit one of us and it was not communicated that there are dogs. Also most of the dishes were dirty and had to be cleaned by us. Everything else was clean and exactly like in the picture. We enjoyed the evenings in the whirlpool and our stay.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben im Palazzo Rosso einen wunderbar entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und luxuriös. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert und die Betten sehr bequem. Der Garten ist großzügig und vom Whirlpool aus hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Im Ort gibt es zwei sehr gute Eisdielen und Verona kann man mit dem PKW in 20 Minuten erreichen. Unsere Dank an die netten Gastgeber Federica und Riccardo! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It’s even better than the pictures and description. It’s in the country but also walking distance to a wonderful town. And the house is truly perfect. We didn’t want to leave!!

Erholsamer Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus

Wir waren 3 Paare und hatten eine tolle Woche in Grezzana. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist sehr gut. Alle Schlafzimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, nahezu gleichwertig und verfügen jeweils über ein gepflegtes Bad. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Gegend rund um Grezzana ist sehr schön und kaum touristisch geprägt. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nach zahlreichen Radtouren auf abwechslungs- und aussichtsreichen Wegen haben wir vor allem die tolle Sitzgruppe auf der Terrasse und den Whirlpool sehr genossen. In diesem fanden wir bequem zu sechst Platz. Die Abwicklung und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern im Vorfeld lief unkompliziert und schnell. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren sie zwar nebenan und haben sich auch um die Pflege des Whirlpools gekümmert, aber immer sehr dezent und unaufdringlich. Besonders geschätzt haben wir auch, dass wir nach Rücksprache bereits früher anreisen konnten, um den Stau am Brenner zu vermeiden. Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns dann eine Flasche des heimischen Rotweins und eine großzügige Platte mit regionalen Wurst- und Käsespezialitäten. Alles in allem also ein perfekter und erholsamer Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus in einer schönen und abwechslungsreichen Gegend.

Tolles Haus in Grezzana, Verona

Ein sehr großzügiges und wundervolles Ferienhaus am Ortsrand von Grezzana. Wir wurden herzlichst von dem freundlichen und sehr zuvorkommenden Eigentümerpaar empfangen. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, sehr geschmackvoll und toll auf die Räume abgestimmt. Wir waren mit vier Paaren hier für 8 Tage und es passte einfach alles. Hiermit bedanken wir uns nochmals ganz herzlich bei Frederica und Riccardo. Fazit: Dieses Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Großartiges Haus mit Kulturgeschichte!

Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise ein rundum toller Urlaub! Das Haus und der Garten sowie der Whirlpool sind exakt so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Das Haus ist liebevoll restauriert, man findet kleine historische Erinnerungen überall im Haus und gleichzeitig erfüllt es in jeder Hinsicht moderne Wohnstandards. Wir haben uns im Oktober dort sehr geborgen gefühlt, da es trotz Heizung ein wunderbares Wohnklima hat. Und der Whirlpool hat auch die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht. Zudem wurde täglich die Wasserqualität geprüft. Die Kommunikation mit Federica und Ricardo den Hausbesitzern war hervorragend. Einzig die Kirchenglocken des Kirchturms in der Nähe sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig 🙂 dennoch: In jeder Hinsicht ein absolut empfehlenswertes Objekt !!!

Tolle Location

Une résidence de vacances d'exception!

Nous espérions une maison propre et bien équipée dans un site calme et accueillant. Nous avons eu beaucoup mieux que cela: un séjour de prés de 100 m2, 4 chambres toutes avec WC et salle d'eau, le tout en parfait état et très propre, dans une propriété familiale de longue date, plantée d'oliviers et de vigne. un accueil sympathique avec un e bouteille d'excellent Valpantena et un plateau de charcuterie-fromages de pays offert par des propriétaires accueillants et discrets. Un seul regret: ne pas avoir oser leur demander de nous faire visiter leur demeure de caractère.

Erwartungen weit übertroffen !

Ein wunderschönes Objekt, ruhig gelegen und NOCH besser als auf den Bildern. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und für alle Fragen offen. Total unklompliziert. Für die Kinder (2 und 3 Jahre ) durften wir sogar ein kleines Planschbecken aufbauen. Alles in allem Traumhaft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!!
