It is not the first time we stayed at Expo hotel. It's convenient to go to Villafranca and to go to Verona. Clean, quiet and with very polite and professional staff. The free access to the closed garage is a plus.

If you are looking for the experience of an American hotel in Italy, this is for you! It was our last stay after traveling and staying at several Airbnbs and hotels in northern Italy. Rooms and common were beautiful and very nicely decorated. A/C was excellent (not always the case in other places we stayed). The hotel is located in an industrial-ish area. We stayed there the last two days of our vacation because it was fairly close to the airport. There is free covered onsite parking which is good since it is in a really ugly location and you will need a car to get to any of the surrounding area. Supermarket nearby was great and Macdonalds just a 5-minute drive along the road to the airport. Not a lot of dining nearby unless you drive into Villfranca. After reviewing the menu, we chose not to eat at the onsite restaurant—it seemed over-priced. (We had already been eating out in Italy for two weeks prior to staying at this hotel so had a good idea of what things should cost.) It was annoying that the menu wasn’t available online or in the room or even posted outside the restaurant somewhere. The breakfast was an additional 10 euro which seemed a little pricey as well. Mini-bar prices were reasonable, given the choices and the convenience. When we arrived, the staff really didn’t give us any information about the hotel amenities, to include the fact that one of the two onsite bars was closed for vacation. Privacy was great. Very quiet.

The Parking: There are some free spaces behind the hotel and a garage in the underground, so good parking options. The Hotel: It looks nice inside, there are two elevators and the lobbies are nice decorated. The Room: It is spacious, nicely done and with lots of sockets and a big bathroom with enough space. The bed: Super comfy with crisp clean sheets and wonderful pillows, I had an 85 sleep score on my Garmin and felt recovered, super wow comfort. The breakfast: lots of options, good coffee machine and a very confusing, unnecessary complicated juice machine which gives syrup then you add water and it´s not clear how. For 10€ a person is well worth it. The Hotel is a nice surprise and even with a broken socket in the room and moody juice machine for breakfast, it is worth a visit and enjoy a royal sleep.

Lovely Stay

This was my second stay at this hotel, good breakfast, lots of choice, comfortable room, and lovely staff. Rooms were cleaned and stocked every day. Good hotel overall. Had a good view of the alps and the airport runway from my 5th floor room. Supermarkets were close to the hotel which was convenient as well as a bus stop to get in to Verona city if you’re not driving.

The hotel seem to be newly built. Everything nice and clean. The rum was specious. The bed comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Overall we were happy with our stay. We would recommend this hotel, if you have a car and just want to sleep somewhere clean and nice.

Overall it’s a very nice hotel with a very reasonable price. The thing that brother us is they do not have free shuttle bus to the airport. Need to take a taxi.
