They definitely have good photographer. Pictures are better than actual. Rooms can use some renovations. Staffs are very nice though. Breakfast and spa are good.

La reception e soprattutto la sala colazioni in un altro edificio sono un po’ una seccatura ampiamente ripagata però dalla vicinanza a Piazza Bra e all’arena. Assolutamente raccomando quindi per chi vuole assistere ai concerti perché all’uscita impiegherà due minuti per tornare in hotel. Segnalo inoltre l’assenza in camera di moquette, tappeti e tende, il che rende questa struttura IDEALE per gli ALLERGICI.

Gros probleme d'insonorisation... bruit du couloir donnant sur les chambres et de chambres à chambres, nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit, personnes qui parlaient fort dans le couloir et cris d enfants dans la chambre d'a côté ! Bref mauvaise nuit...
