Clean, great location, extremely accomodating staff, good breakfast to set you up for the day. We will certainly visit this venue again. You do not require a car if you stay at the San Leonardo Suites such is the centrality of the location. Cannot say enough about this venue. Really impressed.

Suites San Leonardo are in a great location, just a short walk to the city center, with the added bonus of safe parking only half a block away. The property is very clean and well kept. While staff is not available 24hrs a day, communication is vey clear which made everything smooth and easy.

We only stayed for 2 nights. Everything was as advertised and as we expected. It is very easy to reach the centre (10 min walk) and it’s many surrounding restaurants and shopping areas. Staff arranged a taxi to airport and it was there waiting for us at the booked time.

This was by far the nicest place we stayed at in Italy. The apartment is clean, beautifully simplistic and functional, bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped and communicating with the staff was easy and enjoyable. Location is excellent: short walk to the coliseum, historic centre, Juliet's house etc. Restaurants are a short walk away, as is shopping. We had a car and were given free parking on the property. Apartment also had a washing machine, which we appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The unit is decent that we stayed in but the AC wasn’t working in 2 of the rooms. We were told they would fix it but they never did. We stayed 2 nights and had to cram ourselves in 2 rooms although we paid for the entire apartment. The elevators are really small and it’s really weird getting to the 3rd floor with suitcases (you have to use 2 separate elevators). The reception desk was kind and friendly on our way out. The place was clean. Probably wouldn’t go back though.

Overall I was disappointed with the stay, which is a shame as the room and communal areas are quite nice and the location is a short stroll from the centre. The air conditioning didn’t work. We were told several times that it had been fixed but it still didn’t work. I barely slept as a result. Staff are only there for very restricted hours. I had an allocated parking space but someone else was always using it (different car each time) so I had to park somewhere random, sometimes blocking someone in.

We had a fantastic stay at San Leonardo Suites. Easy walk to city center. We had an apartment with washing maschine - which we really appreciated after a couple of weeks on the road :-) Would have been great with a drying rack. Building is very new and everything in perfect working order - still missing a bit of charm :-)

Very friendly welcome. Smooth and efficient check in process and parking sorted without issue. Also for the first time ever we got a bonus upgrade. Room was delightful. Spacious clean, good facilities. Breakfast was included so we enjoyed the buffet both mornings. Food was grand - not a huge selection but enough to fill up my children

The property was lovely, nice and clean. we were disappointed that the tv was in Italian which was to be expected however we were prevented from changing it to English. This spoiled our holiday, you may say you don't go on holiday to watch tv but my husband is this trip was for our 35th wedding anniversary. he has mobility issues and gets tired easily. we only went out for a few hour every day, the rest of the time we were in the appartment.

We had a very good experience staying San Leonardo Suites in Verona. The hotel locates at the skirt of the old town. It's just few steps from the river. It's new, modern, clean and energy efficient. We loved everything about the hotel. Verona is such a beautiful city and I hope to come back visit someday. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we are back in the future.

Lejligheden manglede en rigtig kaffemaskine og der var ikke et tørrestativ, vinglas eller oplukker. Mangelfuld rengøring, købte selv et par klude til køkkenet. Generelt god plads i lejligheden inkl. garderobe. Rigtig god parkering i aflåst garage.

Para no repetir

En la recepción no hablan español, y las instrucciones te las dan por escrito para entrar al parking, que está en otro edificio. La habitación que nos tocó tenía la contraventana rota, con lo que no se podía abrir para que entrara luz. La máquina de aire también se rompió. La cama es incómoda porque los colchones están ya muy gastados y te ponen dos almohadas muy finas. Estábamos muy cerca de la zona de desayuno y se escuchaba mucho ruido por la mañana. La llave de la habitación no abría la puerta de entrada al edificio, con lo que la primera noche al volver nos vimos en la calle. El desayuno es muy escaso. Tampoco es de destacar la limpieza. No recomendaré ni volveré a este hotel

Ikke lejlighedshotel, blot et værelse..

Hotellet lå i et roligt kvarter lige på den anden side af floden fra bymidten. Det var meget rent, det ene værelse var lidt mørkt og der var ingen stole på balkonen. Der var ikke tale om lejligheder som jeg havde fået opfattelse af i beskrivelsen og der var ikke mulighed for at købe så meget som en flaske vand. Det var et meget lille køleskab, men ingen mulighed for fx. at lave kaffe/the. Hvis det reelt var lejligheder, ville det være næsten perfekt, men når man skal købe alt med fra byen uden mulighed for at gøre noget, blev det lidt besværligt og vi fandt heller ikke et fælles opholdsområde, bortset fra morgenmadsstedet, som var meget småt. Udenomsfaliciteterne passede til lejlighedshotel, men værelserne var kun værelser og det ene temmeligt mørkt
