We enjoyed our stay...as there are only 4 rooms. The staff is only there for checkin and breakfast service...so make sure you are in contact with them for arrival time. Checkin was good. We got the mixed breakfast of savory and sweet. There was more than enough food for the both of us...fresh fruit, breads, sweets, eggs,tea and coffee, juice,and much more, delivered to your room at the time you specify.

The location is very good - away from the very busy city center, but still very close to it. The room was very clean, comfortable, and much larger than expected. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They brought breakfasts to the room, which was very convenient. Bread, cheese and fruit served for breakfast were excellent and fresh. It was good to have a choice between 'sweet' (pastries) and 'salty' (eggs and ham) breakfasts. Overall, the breakfasts were pretty good. However, there was no choice of what we wanted to eat, so there were some 'big hits' (lovely ham and sunny side eggs) and some 'big misses' too (with very 'tough' omelets, strange tasting scrambled eggs, and mortadella - not everyone wants to eat those). The major inconvenience is having no staff there at all between 13.00-16.00, and the entrance door is locked. This is something the hotel staff need to think through. Tourists have no say in what time their planes arrive, and with luggage, they have nowhere to go. We arrived during 'no checking in' hours, called the hotel and they gave us the entry code, so at least we could unlock the front door and wait inside on the staircase steps (the entry hall is tiny and there is nowhere else to sit) until the 'check in' time. Perhaps, this could be sent as an instruction to guests - 'punch in the code and wait inside', or (even much better), there should be someone in the hotel at least during the daytime. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely Hotel, Misleading listing

We had a really enjoyable stay at this property. The location was perfect, the room was comfortable and the staff could have not been more helpful. The breakfast delivered to our room each morning was great. We were however disappointed and felt mislead by the listing on the Hotels.com website which influenced our decision to stay at this hotel. The image was of Café Carducci, a restaurant at the end of the street and not Veronetta House. Incidentally Café Carducci is a lovely restaurant.

This was a lovely cute property in the heart of Verona. We even had our own patio to relax in! Breakfast was brought to the room and included a wide selection of breakfast items including exotic fruit. Of course we had that on the patio. It was walking distance to all the eating, shopping and city center. We parked our car around the corner in a paid parking lot. Driving is tricky due to the very narrow streets.

Sehr charmantes B&B mit herzlichem Service

Das B&B ist wunderbar zentral gelegen, so dass man die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden kann. Anscheinend gibt es eine zur Unterkunft gehörende kostenpflichtige Parkgarage, wir haben jedoch das Parking Isolo wenige Minuten entfernt genutzt. Unser Gastgeber hat uns trotz einer verspäteten Anreise außerhalb der Check-In Zeit sehr freundlich empfangen - vielen Dank dafür! Die Zimmer sind individuell eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Wasser und Eistee in der Minibar ist gratis. Auch das Frühstück ist mit Liebe zubereitet und vielseitig. Wir wurden auch mit Insider Tipps und Restaurantempfehlungen versorgt, um nicht aus Versehen in eine "Touristenfalle" zu tappen. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich möchte das Veronetta House uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful place to stay in Verona. Flippo and Stefano were excellent hosts who helped us arrange an outing to nearby winery and other transportation. Lovely bright rooms and delicious continental breakfast served each day. Would definitely stay there again.

Una bomboniera!

Un piccolo gioiellino a due passi dal centro, curato nei particolari e raffinato nel gusto, unica pecca, essendo sulla strada, i rumori che non consentono un sereno riposo notturno. Il titolare veramente gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli. In camera non manca nulla, frigorifero con alcune bibite a titolo gratuito, la possibilità di farsi un caffe/the, set di cortesia in bagno e profumi lui/lei di CK! La colazione abbondante e ricca sia di dolce che di salato, frutta fresca, bevande calde e succhi di frutta vari...insomma nulla da eccepire, dovessimo tornare a Verona sicuramente torneremmo al Veronetta!!!
