「It was a good location, and had a good bathroom but that is where it stopped. They also penalized me for booking the wrong day even after making the request to change days, which was to book the next day. I had also prepaid for the day booked. So paid for two days and only stayed for one!」

「The room was ok for my needs, however, it was very hot and only a small fan was provided. The drains in the kitchen and bathroom stank. Shower did not work properly. Staircase up to the apartments is dangerous, I tripped up it 3 times and almost fell down it once. Bed was hard as rock and I barely slept the three nights I was there. Location is great for the palace but there is nothing else to see or do there, you have to take a 30 min drive into Paris for things to do.」

「Odd check in process. Took a little bit to figure out where to go and eventually found the office but there was no staff present. Stood in the hallway with another pair of guests and about 10 minutes later staff came back to handle check in. Observed a frustrated interaction with the guests in front of me about mis representation of parking on site. Eventually was able to get checked in myself.
