"We were very disappointed with the condition of the corridors and room. There was a particularly unpleasant smell in both. The staff were pleasant and checked us in efficiently . We went for breakfast about 7:30 but it looked as if it had been well picked over and croissant and other things had not been refilled. "We arrived late, after driving hours through a massive storm around Poitier, only to be "greeted" by one of the most unpleasant characters I had dealt with in ages ! We may have woken him up but that is no excuse for his general behaviour and insulting comments towards my wife and I. Breakfast was basic to say the least. No plates, curdled milk, some bread, no forks not "eating" spoons for the cereals. At least the cafe machine worked."
