「When we arrived at the Griffin, to our surprise, our reservation was canceled. Apparently, the Griffin had a water leak and were in the process of repairing the damage. They said that an email was sent to us canceling our reservations 2 days prior. We were on a cruise at the time and did not get this email because we had no service while on the cruise. 「Wir haben das Hotel extra gebucht, weil es auch ein Restaurant hat. Leider schloss dies schon um 16:00, so dass es nicht möglich war dort das Abendessen einzunehmen. Wir mussten dann mit dem Auto nach Salisbury (10 Minuten) fahren, da das Hotel nicht zentral liegt. Beim Buchen war das nicht ersichtlich. Die jungen Frauen im Hotel waren sehr nett, aber der Besitzer ungehalten und unfreundlich. Das Zimmer war herzig. Der Temperaturregler der Dusche funktionierte aber nicht und wir duschten kalt....
