Perfect Holiday

We stayed for 12 days with our dog in Marie’s lovely house and enjoyed every minute. Garden and pool are perfect for relaxing times. The place itself ist well equipped and nicely decorated. We missed nothing. Thank you for a great time in the beautiful Ardèche!

L'appartement dans le gîte Chez Marie est parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes. Les lieux sont trés beaux, et on a tellement aimé le jardin, la piscine et l'appartement. Les hôtes sont très gentils et charmants et nous ont très bien accueillis.

ons verblijf

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Marie en Christian. Een heerlijk zwembad, een schoon en goed ingericht huisje. Er was altijd wel een schaduwplek te vinden in de mooi ingerichte tuin. Er was plek genoeg om de tuin en het zwembad met de gasten van het andere appartement te delen. Het enige minpunt was de aanwezigheid van muggen.

Magnifique gîte plein de charme !

Les lieux sont encore plus beaux en vrai que les photos sur le site ! Le gîte tel une cave aménagée avec voûtes et pierres apparentes a beaucoup de charme ! Permet de rester au frais l'été. Il est tout confort et spacieux. Le jardin est très fleuri et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, et la piscine donne vue sur un très beau panorama. 2 terrasses pour manger. Celle ombragée avec les bambous est magnifique. Les hôtes sont charmants, attentionnés et donne des conseils pour les visites de la région. Seul petit hic, prévoir de la citronnelle pour les moustiques et le wifi ou données mobiles ne marchent pas partout dans le gîte. Mais, en vacances, on est censé se déconnecter ! Nous garderons en tout cas un très bon souvenir de ce gîte. L'un des plus beaux que nous ayons faits jusqu'ici ! Merci Marie et Christian :-)

Wohnen im Gewölbe 😉

Wir wurden sehr nett und freundlich begrüßt, die Verständigung in Englisch klappte zusammen mit Brocken französisch, sowie Händen und Füßen ohne Probleme. Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, voll ausgestattet und angenehm kühl. Die hintere, wunderschöne Terrasse haben wir wegen der Mücken nicht genutzt. Dafür gab es andere diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten. Einziges Manko ist die Reichweite des WLAN, was nur zuverlässig im Wohnzimmer funktionierte. Die zur Begrüßung überreichte Marmelade haben wir bei der Abreise mitgenommen, werden sie Zuhause genießen und an unseren Aufenthalt zurück denken. Den Wein und Apfelsaft von Marie haben wir uns gerne schmecken lassen.

La maison d'hôtes est située idealement pour des excursions en Ardèche. La chambre avec un bon lit est restée agréable et fraîche Chère hôtesse confortable. Un grille-pain défectueux a été remplacé le jour même. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Eviter septembre !

Belle demeure ancienne, cadre enchanteur, accueil sympathique mais quelques soucis comme la piscine non chauffée, utilisé deux fois car température moins de vingt degrés, utilisation pas évidente surtout avec une propreté du bassin pas optimale(algues sur plusieurs endroits en augmentations car un seul nettoyage depuis notre arrivée, feuilles au fond) Pas indiquer le problème des moustiques, ni produits sur place encore moins de moustiquaires aux fenêtres, pas de possibilité d'aérer sans se faire piquer. Parking à l'accès compliquer et même dangereux car dans un virage, seul aide un petit miroir valable uniquement si partir avec l'avant de la voiture., mieux se faire aider pour la sortie. Gazon non coupé sur l'endroit des chaises-longues, feuilles pas ramassées sur la terrasse arrière ou sur les marches en descendant vers la piscine, assez négliger pour le prix demander avec le titre de chambres d'hôtes de charme. Bon on avouent que la semaine choisie n'était pas heureuse car période froide dans les environs, on auraient aimer avoir l'appartement chauffer à notre arrivée, on avaient froid malgré vestes et autres pulls chaud, en plus chauffage principal HS, nous avions comme remplacement un chauffage d'appoint assez rudimentaire et peu efficace, même chose côté chambre ou le chauffage d'appoint était poster dans les toilettes pas génial car il fallait laisser la porte de WC ouverte pour bénéficier de la chaleur, hors que ceux-ci avec broyeur hyper bruyant nous incommodait à chaque chasse d'eau, pénible surtout la nuit, il fallait tirer l'eau plusieurs fois si trop de papier, car le broyeur manquait singulièrement de puissance, vraiment gênante cette installation sanitaire. bref tous ces désagréments accumuler n'ont pas trouver grâce à nos yeux par la bouteille d'accueil à notre arrivée Vraiment dommage un si bel endroit gâcher par un manque de soins donner à l'équipement et ses alentours. Désolé Marie et Christian mais c'est notre ressenti ! Donc prévoir les vacances de juin à août pendant les grosses chaleurs de l'été, les choses y seront plus propices à notre avis, bien entendu ! A une chose encore pour finir sur une note positive, la literie exceptionnelle à montrer comme exemple pour tous les gîtes de France.
