「A fantastic property, both inside and out. The outdoor dining and living area was great and well used. Pool and tennis court on superb condition. The centre of Rome was easily accessible using the punctual trains. Check-in process was so smooth and property full of the essentials that you often have to source yourself. 「I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The apartment was so nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. It was in a cute location, just round the corner from good restaurants and walkable to the cruise port. Most importantly, the host team was amazing. We received easy-to-follow check in instructions (with pictures) and recommendations for food and transit. My son left his medications behind when we checked out, and the hosts went out of their way to return them to us. I definitely recommend this...

「The host was terrible about communicating. It wasn't until the day I was on my way that I realized they had yet to tell me how to the property or where the room was. After messages through VRBO went ignored our transfer driver called and left a message, then called and explained that we were there waiting. It was then the host looked at the messages on VRBO and decided to reply they did not expect us for another 30 minutes so they had not cleaned the room yet. But "the girl"would give us the key...
