I booked a suit. Because we had a dog the hotel downgrade us to the smallest room. They don't accept animals in suits. There was no mention of this policy in the room description, nor they worn us when we called to make sure that we can bring the dog!

Ein sehr schönes Aufenthalt

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Aufenthalt in Hotel Radduscher Hafen gehabt. Das Zimmer war gross, die Betten sehr bequem, Parken direkt am Hotel, nahe an der Autobahn doch in stiller Ruhe, ein reichaltiges Frühstücks Buffet, ein gemütlicher Biergarten, kurzer Abstand zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, der Preis OK, ja alles war sehr schön.

Super fürs Wochenende

Die Kommunikation vorab mit dem Hotel und vor Ort waren wunderbar und man hat sich nicht groß eingeschränkt gefühlt in Coronazeiten. Zimmer, Restaurant und Parkplatz alles bestens und die Lage des Hotels war auch klasse für Paddeltour und Radtour am nächsten Tag an diesem Wochenende. Danke auch für die Hilfe mit den Paddelbooten. Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Jahr!

Unfassbar schlecht

Das Hotel kann ich keineswegs empfehlen. Ich habe ein Zimmer direkt an einem Treppenaufgang bekommen. Dies war so laut das selbst ein lauter Fernseher dieses nicht übertönen konnte. Dazu kommt der miefige Geruch im Zimmer und das unbequeme Bett, wo man jede einzelne Feder im Rücken gespürt hat. Badezimmer (Waschbecken) war gesprungen. Auf Nachfrage nach einem anderen Zimmer (Anruf bei Rezeption) wurde ich auf unfreundlichste Art abgewimmelt. Das Frühstück am nächsten morgen war so la la. Alles in allem kann ich sagen, dass mich dieses Hotel nie wieder sehen wird!

Das Hotel ist sauber und funktional, mir hat ein wenig Deko gefehlt, vor allem im Badezimmer. Es ist alles sehr steril, keine farblichen Aufheller, nur weiß.. Der Außenbereich sah bei unserer Ankunft sehr ungepflegt aus, Montag früh um kurz nach 8 Uhr wurde begonnen, einige Stücke des Rasens zu mähen. Am besten haben uns die beiden Damen vom Frühstücksbüffet gefallen, sie waren sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Die Sterne sind somit verdient.

Alles in Ordnung, Zimmer ok es war alles da was man im Zimmer so gern haben würde. Bedienung aufmerksam und flink. Sauberkeit im Hotel ist auch alles in Ordnung. Die Lage direkt an der Spree mit Anlegestelle.

The hotel is clean, quiet, near by highway I found no negatives there. Very satisfied with breakfast buffet. Only one small minus is for restaurant near by, because it wasn't possible to eat after 20 o'clock and I was very hungy. Otherwise beer there were good and the outside sitting was nice :) Waitress was very kind.

Etwas laut zur Hofseite, Essen gut, Bootssteg

Unsere Ankunft war problemlos, Empfangspersonal emotionslos. Von wegen schöne Anreise? Schönen Aufenthalt! Leider konnte man an der Rezeption auch nicht verstehen, dass wir nochmals nach dem Frühstückssaal fragten, obwohl man es uns schon erklärt hatte. Es tut uns leid, dass wir noch nie in diesem Hotel waren und uns nicht auskannten. Am Wochenende ist der Biergarten immer gut gefüllt, das heißt aber auch, dass man die Fenster im Zimmer wegen der Lautstärke schließen muss. Zum Glück hilft ein Deckenventilator gegen die Hitze, wenn man es schafft diesen nachts im 3 anzuschalten. Man muss vor Benutzung der Fernbedienung den Lichtschalter anmachen (Nachts! Die Partnerin schläft! Noch!) um dann mit der Fernbedienung dieses Licht wieder zu löschen. Nun kann man sich auch über den Luftquirl freuen. Fenster mussten ja geschlossen bleiben. Das Zimmer ist in ordentlichem Zustand und die Betten ausreichend bequem. Das Essen ist dem Standard angemessen und ausreichend. Leider haben wir frisches Gemüse beim Frühstück vermisst. Ist im Sommer sicher nur Gurkensaison dort. Bei der Abreise widererwartend emotionslose Rezeption... Danke dass Sie da waren, gute Reise, wie war der Aufenthalt? alles Fremdworte. Sehr Schade. So geht man leider mit einen unschönen Gefühl aus dem Hotel.
