“Staff in the cafeteria (-1 level) is very helpful. He helped me heat up my dinner. Since the hotel is situated remotely, I purchased two cold meals at Carrefour express before checking in. The hotel provides water machines, this is very convenient and helpful.”

“The property had bugs and spider webs all over the place. I ended up sleeeping with my daughter because I was afraid of sleeping in the queen bed since there were bugs on the wall. Upon arrival we saw a note on the door that said they had a bug problem. However, that was not mentioned when I booked the room. My daughter and I are very afraid of them. She cried when she saw them. The owner was nice to remove some of the spider webs. But the bugs was the bigger issue for us. I wasn’t very……

“De ligging is mooi, omringd door Po-rijstvelden en Piemonte wittebergen in de verte. Heerlijk om tot rust te komen. Ontbijt mag olwat meer Europees zijn. Dineren was voortreffelijk (Eetalia/Eatalia) en een 3 gangen menu was zeer betaalbaar. Echt een aanrader. De stad Novara is zeker ook de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Personeel was zeerbehulpzaam.”
