"This place has plenty of room for up to six people, safe parking, a great view and many very good amenities (pool, kitchen, ping pong table, clothes washer). However, the English listing on VRBO needs to be updated and clearly outline the extra fees when on property. There is no air conditioning or clothes dryer (remove these from listing). "This air conditioned home had everything we needed for our holiday. Imaculate inside, very modern. The added private, gated secure parking was excellent. The home was less than a one minute walk to the start of the shops, bars, restaurants. Very pretty town. The owners, Jean-marc, Jackie and Alexa were very helpful and on site if we needed anything, but not intrusive. Would recommend the Ardeche region and Vallon Pont D’Arc for a brilliant holiday. "I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. It was ice cold on arrival and would've taken hours to warm up to a useable temperature. That might've been ok but we...

"Pierre is an amazing person, he waited us as we were a bit late to check-in and welcome us with drinks. The place is well maintained, clean and very charming. We are regretting for staying only 3 nights as further 2 nights would be better option.
