At the ground floor the entrance leads into the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom with shower, an internal staircase takes to the lower floor with large living room, one doble bedroom with bathroom with tub, one double bedroom with private shower room, third double bedrooms with shower room, and a single room with sofa bed.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; from 21 June to 29 August changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
