Vista mare

La villetta è meravigliosa. Dotata di tutti i comfort, abbiamo trascorso 2 settimana intense e bellissime. Sicuramente porteremo a lungo nei nostri cuori la vista del mare che dal letto appena svegli avevamo modo di assaporare. Il terrazzo sopra ci ha permesso di trascorrere serate tranquille e rinfrescate dalla brezza serale. Nel terrazzo al piano di sotto abbiamo potuto goderci colazioni pranzi e cene in allegria. La cucina è super attrezzata e i due bagni ben arredati completano la villetta. Il giardino che circonda la casa è una chicca davvero speciale.

Alla scoperta del Cilento

Vacanza meravigliosa ! Casa perfetta! Vista meravigliosa. La signora che c'ha accolto precisa e accogliente. Tutto super organizzato e casa pulitissima. C'è tutto per cucinare e tanti accessori per tutto ... cerotti compresi (maledetti scogli). Da quella posizione abbiamo girato per il Cilento (Maratea, Sapri, Scario, navigando per tutta la costa fino alla Spiaggia degli Infreschi....scoprendo tutto le grotte...anche quelle nascoste. Abbiamo poi raggiunto Paestum e le cascate dei capelli di Venere. Meraviglioso. Casa perfetta , località perfette. Unico problema i sassolini delle spiaggie. Per la casa suggeriamo solo di pensare se cambiare i materassi. Grazie

SOGGIORNO IN CILENTO

Casa molto bella e vista fantastica. Forse la stanza con il letto a castello è un po' troppo piccola. Effettivamente poca la distanza dalla spiaggia e sarebbe percorribile a piedi, se il ritorno non fosse in salita e sotto il sole ... meglio utilizzare l'auto.

Un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante

La proprietà si trova in una posizione gradevole ed ottimale, come si evince dalle foto. Essendo una villetta su due piani risulta essere spaziosa, soprattutto al piano sottostante. Il giardino è molto ampio, con diverse piante della flora mediterranea. La cucina è ben attrezzata per ogni esigenza, con stanza dedicata. Un piccolo consiglio: anche se la casa è ben ventilata data la posizione, sarebbe opportuna l'installazione di un condizionatore, almeno nella zona notte, anche se la presenza delle ventole a soffitto sopperisce in parte a questa mancanza.

Bellissima

La casa è molto bella soprattutto per la splendida vista di cui si gode da entrambi i terrazzi, noi abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori sul terrazzino davanti al soggiorno, la sera ci si poteva rilassare sui lettini sdraio al piano superiore godendosi il fresco e la bella vista oltre che il rumore del mare. Un piccolo suggerimento al proprietario se posso, con un barbecue sarebbe fantastico!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht

Very nice location, very nice appartement

The spot and apartment are beautiful. Well equipped, everything we needed was there. One small remark: The sliding doors to the balcony didn't seem burglary save. It might be a good idea to have a look at it and warn the quests to be careful. Nothing happened by the way but you want to feel assured.

Una casa perfetta

Le foto non rendono la bellezza della vista del golfo di Policastro dalle terrazze, una per ogni piano, degli scoiattoli calabri che curiosi si avvicinano fin sulla balaustra e della pace e tranquillità intorno. Eravamo in cinque, tre italiane e due tedesche e non finivamo di stupirci della perfezione della casa, pulitissima, fornita di tutto. Pensavamo di andare spesso fuori a cena ma alla fine abbiamo deciso che le cene più belle erano quelle a casa con la luna che sorgeva dai monti in fronte a noi. Ogni giorno abbiamo fatte nuove escursioni, una più bella dell'altra, da Maratea e Acqua Fredda a Morigerati all'Oasi WWF del fiume Bussento in un bosco da libro delle favole, fino alle rovine di Velia con Palinuro e Marina di Camerota e alla Baia degli Infreschi con le sue calette riparate. Bellissimo anche il paesaggio nell'interno con montagne, strette gole e paesi come Sanza e Pisciotta. Il mare caldo e cristallino lambiva spiagge o rocce, per lo più piatte e levigate con ampie grotte. Inutile dire che i bagni sono stati tanti e bellissimi. Per finire un grazie di cuore al proprietario e alla sua famiglia per la cortesia e generosa ospitalità. Speriamo poterci tornare.

Grandioser Blick, tolle Lage, angenehme Ausstattung

Hier findet man alles, was man braucht zum leben. Mit allem ausgestattet, 2 Balkone/Terrassen, großer Garten, entsprechende Möbel (nicht immer selbstverständlich), Küche mit allem, was man nur brauchen könnte und natürlich Lage, Lage, Lage. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Una terrazza sul mare.

Lo sguardo da Itaca riesce ad abbracciare l'intera baia e il rumore delle onde arriva riverberato. Pura pace dei sensi. La casa è ariosa, luminosa, pulitissima e ottimamente fornita. Giardino grazioso. Accoglienza calorosa. Solitamente scelgo sempre mete diverse per le mie vacanze, ma in questo luogo mi piacerebbe molto tornarci!

Sublime sea view

Relaxing, lovely house

Una casa pulita, rilassante, grande, distensiva, con tutti i comfort che si possono desiderare. Paesaggio mozzafiato a tutte le ore del giorno! Giovanni è stato molto disponibile e attento con noi. Casa consigliata a tutti i nostri amici svizzeri. Internet è stato appena ripristinato e ora funziona molto bene. Incantevole la natura e le tante attrazioni nei dintorni.

Beautiful! One of the most relaxing place ever.

Abbiamo trascorso due splendide settimane a luglio qui. La casa è estremamente funzionale e ben organizzata. Le terrazze, con vista sul mare, ci hanno dato brividi ed emozioni dal primo all'ultimo giorno. La pulizia era perfetta e l'ospitalità notevole (c'era una piccola sorpresa locale nel frigo, al nostro arrivo). Il giardino era sufficientemente selvatico per farci dimenticare a volte (soprattutto la notte) di essere in un posto abitato. Stelle e mare con cui sembrava di respirare... Le diverse spiagge a 200 metri dalla casa (in discesa e salita) erano poco affollate (a luglio!!) e l'acqua era incredibilmente limpida e tonificante. Con la macchina siamo poi andati nei dintorni e ci siamo beati tanto delle più famose spiagge circostanti quanto del misconosciuto entroterra cilentano. Nei ristoranti dei dintorni abbiamo mangiato bene spendendo poco. Insomma, una vacanza da favola, quello di cui avevamo bisogno per ricaricare le batterie. Unico (piccolo) neo: la connessione wi-fi prende solo in alcuni posti. In compenso è stabile e sufficientemente veloce.

Relax assicurato

Splendida casa accogliente e pulita. Ben attrezzata con tutto ciò che può servire per una vacanza di puro relax. Vista mare mozzafiato dalle due terrazze. Giardino mediterraneo incantevole. Posizione ottima : mare e paese raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa a settembre: il tempo è stato splendido ed abbiamo fatto ancora molti bagni! Lovely house comfortable and clean, fully equipped with everything you might need for a truly relaxing holiday. Amazing mediterranean garden. Great position: seaside and village are easily reachable on foot. We were in the house in September, the weather was nice and warm and we managed to go swimming in the sea a lot!

Maison sublime

La maison est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer absolument sublime de toutes les pièces. Elle est parfaitement équipée, entourée d'un jardin paradisiaque. On ne peut rêver mieux et nous reviendrons ! Les propriétaires sont en plus d'une gentillesse parfaite.
