Excellent property in great location
The Sears Quarter is a beautifully restored historic property located in historic downtown Vicksburg--across City Hall, and just a block from the historic Miss River Commission building and Trinity Church. Very convenient location within walking distance to several excellent restaurants and venues.

Great Girls Trip!
My friends and I, ages 55-68, enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was spacious, well decorated, and had most everything we needed for our three-night stay. We loved the original hardwood floors and exposed brick. The location was perfect - waking distance to many restaurants and museums along Washington Street. The only thing we lacked was ice. The ice maker didn't work, and there weren't any ice trays. We picked up a bag of ice at a nearby store. We felt very safe during our stay. We were able to enter the building from the 3rd floor and go straight to our condo without needing stairs or an elevator. Erica was quick to answer all of our questions and made us feel very welcome. We will gladly recommend Sears Quarters to friends who plan to visit Vicksburg.

I was very impressed with the building in which were several condos. It was downtown near the river in a restored old Sears building. It was extremely clean, well decorated, equipped with all the necessities and more. The parking was so easy and the entrance and exit was always painless.

Beautiful Apartment
This was such a lovely place to stay during our Vicksburg visit. The apartment is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It’s also close enough to the historic downtown area to be able to walk to dinner. Our hostess was very easy to communicate with.
