“This was a great cabin! It had all the comforts of home (nicely stocked kitchen, plenty of blankets/towels, etc) and the property was great! We enjoy staying places off the beaten path - we loved the porches, the hot tub, the firepit, and all of the outdoor spaces. It was very close to New River Gorge NP and to a few little towns. If we are ever back in WV we would definitely stay again!”

“We stayed here for a few days to explore the New River Gorge. Having never been to the area before, I realized later that there are places that we almost booked that would've been very far from the places we wanted to see. This location was just right - close to Oak Hill and Fayetteville for shops/dining, and 10 minutes or so to the New River Gorge Bridge. We did several hikes, using the house as a "base camp" and it worked out perfect. We drove south once to the Grandview Overlook, which was……

“The Star Wars themed property is a galactic gem! Cleaner than a polished R2-D2. The location was perfect—close to local hotspots yet serene like Endor’s moon. Amenities were top-notch, and the host was as responsive as C-3PO. A true rebel base for our vacation—we will certainly be back. ”

“Very nice, cozy cabin for 2 people. The size accomodated us well overall but the small beds did not make sleeping in the same bed the most comfortable.Cabin has everything needed and advertised. The fireplace, peaceful front porch and hot tub were all favorites of ours.Location can be a bit tricky the first day you arrive especially if at night because the cabins are located up on a hill behind a small body shop on street level. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this cabin. ”

“From start to finish we enjoyed everything about our vacation. Steve and Barbara are absolutely the most wonderful hosts we have ever encountered. Barbara saw we were having some issues with our truck upon arrival and showed up quickly to offer a helping hand. Unfortunately we found out the hard way we have a vacuum issue with our 4 wheel drive that made it impossible to make the last 50 yards of the hill to the property but Steve showed up with his tractor to pull us to the top! Again...amazing……
