"Excellent accommodation, helpful staff "

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The suite was big and roomy. They were remodeling so there was some dust and things out of order, but nothing that bothered our stay. We were in a newly decorated room and it was great. Clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and they provided what you needed for your stay. Breakfast was ok, some decent options, warm but not hot, but we went down around 9 am, so that could make a difference. Staff was kind and friendly and helpful.We would go back and recommend it. It is also close to a gas station and restaurants which was helpful as well. "

"Everything has been wonderful. From the minute we checked in, Ms Lena made sure we knew everything available and provided exceptional customer service. Ms April provided a wonderful breakfast and sweet spirit. They were very busy with the linemen and others coming in for the winter storm, but never waivered from their customer service and sweet smiles. The room was clean, the facility was clean, the pool was very nice and clean. The parking lot was well lit and we felt safe. Thank you all for the wonderful, stress-free stay. "The reason this hotel stands out is because it was just totally refurbished. You can still smell the new paint in my room. Apparently the Spark brand buys older hotels and then modernizes them up and redoes them. "
