“We needed to check in later than the usual hours. Staff was extremely helpful, and even walked us to our room, which we hadn't been able to find in the dark. Beautiful view from the windows.”

“Very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff was very nice. Clean property. Breakfast was eggs and assorted bacon and sausage with hash browns. Nice way to start the day.”

“Very nice place but a little dirt on the ceiling fan. We had a good time.”

“The cottage was so cute and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful view of lake. Small community, but everything was close by.”

“沒有電梯 大行李不方便 ”

“The most amazing view from the property. Lonnie was super accommodating when we arrived and great to chat with.”

“This was everything we hoped it would be. Unique, private, clean, well equipped as it should be and convenient to the North coast for all the beauty and wilderness it has to offer. Everything worked except for the weather which no one can control. When I come back to Cape Breton, I will be booking Blue Bayou again and well in advance since it will soon be a must for thousands of Cabot Trail visitors throughout the season.”

“Excellent experience. Really love it. Breakfast is delicious. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Resorts are so beautiful.”

“Room was very clean, and mattress was comfortable, but television channel selections were pitiful!”

“Very nice and rustic stay”

“Our room was clean but on the small side. The included breakfast was meager, some bread and jam and cold cereal with coffee and orange juice. Dinner was not very good. As the price was fair for what we got I probably come back again”
