"Fantastic location and facilities, always friendly service "

"Right on the ski field (can literally walk out door and you are there). But Hotel in less than optimal condition: cracks in some windows on main doors, tired condition generally, rooms about a 3* condition. Bathroom poor condition (bath did not even drain properly - bath maybe installed on an angle?). Quite expensive for its quality. Not sure the high premium for staying there is worthwhile."

Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. Very strong young men very ably sprinted up and down the stairs with them. The water pressure was just a dribble in the...
