You are literally steps away from all downtown shops & restaurants, a stones throw from the ocean and yet you can have your own oasis with a view. Building has rooftop patio & waterfront gym

Nearby activities:the building next door rents all sorts of kayaks, canoes, stand up paddle boards etc.

Summer evenings can be busy in the area, expect some street noise

The space
Our suite is a cute, functional and space efficient micro studio (Small space). Bright south facing windows overlook downtown, the ocean and them mountains!

It is new, and hope that people will take great care of and respect our space.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook and even host friends!

The bathroom has marble floors. Walk-in glass showers. Soft plush cotton towels. Rain shower. Luxury.

BEDS:There is one queen bed and one small chair/couch that unfolds into a single bed. The space is best for 1-2 people, but I suggest you be good friends or family as it will be cozy :D

You have full access to the rooftop patio with BBQ, common area kitchen also located on the beautiful rooftop.

The building has a water view gym as well!

Our suite is for non-smoking & respectful people!

There is a paid parking lot near the building and there is street parking out front which is free at certain times of day and holidays
