Victoria Pet-friendly Hotel

"The room was very clean and spacious! The best part of our stay was the staff. Every person we dealt with was so friendly and accommodating. The doorman/valet was the nicest man and made sure I had a spot to plug in my EV during my stay. I think his name was Herb. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Victoria that is central and close to all the main sites. I will stay here in the future for sure. "

"The hotel elevator wasn't working so my husband and I were given a room on the main floor accessed from the outside. My husband has mobility issues and we weren't able to climb the hotel stairs to the inside rooms. The room was dated and had to step up into the small washroom. If this was indeed a handicap room, wouldn't the room have a walk-in shower? We were paying the same as other guests but felt we were put in this room as a "fix". The quality of this room was not up to standard."
