Former apartment building converted and remodeled into nice hotel. Great safe location. Friendly, helpful staff Walking distance to harbor and many quick restaurants. Wonderful open lobby with koi ponds, fireplace and grounds. Indoor pool and SPA in huge room on first floor with high ceilings. Can be noisy at times. Room can vary. Parking garage available, but extra.

We loved our 3-night stay and found our room to be very nice, and the location spectacular! We enjoyed our short 10-15 minute walks to the main street, Empress Hotel, Government building and wharf. They even have a lovely roof-top patio with beautiful views of the quaint city.
