「The property is under renovation and there was no staff or guest in the hotel when I got there. It was a huge embarrassment for me and I hope you will refund my payment before the appropriate authorities reaches you」

「The hotel's location is excellent, but unfortunately, that is its only redeeming quality. The overall condition of the property is very poor, with unclean rooms, uncomfortable and worn-out mattresses, foul-smelling tap water, cracked walls, and unpleasant odors coming from the bathroom. The hotel is in desperate need of a comprehensive renovation.」
