「The apartment looked amazing in the photos, which is why I booked it. Unfortunately, my experience was very different.
The check-in process was not smooth. When I entered the room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I requested a different room, but I was told the property was fully booked, so I had no choice but to stay.
Although the air conditioning worked well, the room itself was run down. Many of the fixtures appeared to be made from low-quality materials and were already falling...

「I really enjoyed my time at Bluerock. I was given a free upgrade when I expressed dissatisfaction with my room up on check-in and the new room was perfect. I'm a big stickler for smell and hygiene when it comes to accommodation and Blue Rock knocked it out of the park」
