"We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet; our window overlooked a courtyard area and, therefore, seemed private. The bed was a king, which is hard to find in Europe. The shower water had amazing pressure! We were glad to have the fridge for our wine, and water was supplied daily in our room. The room is just as pictured. We were a few steps from the Capitole square. (This area is ripe with activity, protests, homeless, young people!)"

"Hotel is both funky and historical with a Michelin star restaurant (impossible to get a booking though) - issue was the antiquated shower system, frankly it needs an upgrade (you still have that "radio" option in the bathroom!). "The hotel is actual a one star hotel, difficult to find and at the back of Ibis Hotel. The building was old and the price is too high for a one star hosel style hotel. Had to pay extra €5 to get a private bathroom. The room was too small and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, in fact completely gone. There was only one towel for two people, no floor towel. "
