A guest toilet completes the floor. Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms - a double bed with balcony access, a twin room with two single beds, another double room, and a cozy bunk-bed room ideal for kids. Two bathrooms - one with a shower and a toilet, one with a bathtub and a shower - keep daily routines smooth. Within the estate, leisure feels effortless - a shared swimming pool, children’s pool, tennis court, garden spaces, a terrace for evening grilling, and shared washing & drying facilities (paid). Parking is available on-site.
