Comfortable Vienna stay

The check in instructions were very detailed, so we were able to get right in without any hassles. We loved the heated floors in the bathrooms and the kitchen suited our needs for a few homemade dinners. Overall, a very comfortable place, near a metro stop which made for great trip to Vienna.

Nice place close to downtown

Very nice. We enjoyed it. Only the weather, four days of rain. I guess it was not your fault. On the other hand - it was an experience.

Fun Location!

The location was great for me, my 80 year old mother and my college aged daughter and friend! The proximity to Nashmkt, grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping areas and restaurants all within walking distance was great! The place was clean enough but a lot of dishes and pots and pans were dirty. There were not enough towels or bed pillows and the host was completely unresponsive to several requests for help with questions about the unit (the tvs would not connect to cable, there was no dryer as advertised and only one garbage bag was provided). All in all, I would rate this place a 3 out of 5. Had the host responded at all to our questions, I would give it a 4 out of 5.
