The terrace offers a view over a large natural meadow, is bordered by a small stream and lies on a wooded slope.
You can sit there on the screened-in terrace and chirp the birds, gently ripple the stream and hear the crickets chirping.
Location: approx. 5 minutes walk from the lake and town center, where there is also a swimming pool and public bathing area. Approximately 5 minutes by car from the St. Georgen motorway exit and 5 minutes from the train station.
There are hiking opportunities directly from the house.
Shops are diagonally across the street or at the motorway exit.
Description: The ground floor apartment consists of: a bedroom with a double bed (180/200), a spacious closet, a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet, a living-dining room with a pull-out sofa bed and a spacious terrace with a large awning. There is also an electric kettle grill, a table with chairs and 2 deckchairs on the terrace.
The apartment is part of a one-story house that only houses holiday apartments owned by private owners.
The house itself is from the 70s / 80s. We took over our apartment and adapted it a bit to our needs. It is a cozy, small apartment with pine furniture. It is not comfortable and modern, such as B. a guest house, but equipped with everything you could need in a day-to-day vacation.
It stays nice and cool even on hot days without air conditioning. Parking in front of the house.
Equipment: In the living room there are satellite TV, WiFi, DVD player, radio CD player.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and dishwasher. There is a coffee machine (powder coffee), water and egg cooker, toaster, blender, large fridge with its own freezer.
Everything is available on cooking and eating utensils, washing machine is also available. Hair dryer, bed linen and hand shower towels are available.

Surroundings: Lake Attersee itself is about half an hour away from Salzburg. It is beautiful, has crystal clear water and is surrounded by a diverse mountain landscape, which invites you to go hiking, cycling or just walking. Sports such as sailing, golfing, diving (diving school) etc. are offered in the area around the lake. Brochures and small maps are available in the apartment and are available in the local tourist center
All places around the lake can be reached quickly and easily by car, just like Bad-Ischl and other lakes in the Salzburg region.
For an extended shopping tour, the new Europark in front of Salzburg can be reached via the motorway in about 15-20 minutes. easy to reach. There is a large shopping center with a cinema, restaurants and large and small shops.
