Par où commencer? Nous avions réservé ce logement du 05/12/2024 au 09/12/2024. À notre arrivée, nous n'avons pas pu pénétrer dans l'appartement. En effet, un couple s'y trouvait et avait laissé le lieu dans un état déplorable... Après appel, le ménage a été fait par l'équipe. Ensuite, nous avons été dérangées par un homme qui souhaitait y entrer. Puis, nous avons eu le malheur de déposer la clé dans le boîtier à code. Elles ont été volées. Nous avons bataillé pour obtenir un changement de serrure, que nous avons payé. Enfin, des bruits de voisinage ainsi que des travaux ont altéré notre sommeil. Vous comprendrez que nous ne nous sommes pas senties en sécurité tout au long de ce séjour.

Simple, easy, comfortable apartment

Apartment was great. The layout was spacious, the kitchen was nice to have, the washing machine was extremely helpful, and the location was convenient but quiet. The only downside was that the sofabed was a bit of a letdown, but the actual bed is very comfortable.

Good price!

Good price, but definitely outside of the city center. There’s no AC, so it does get a little stuffy, but it’s very spacious. Would have liked firmer/ more pillows. But definitely good for it’s price.

Unclean and wouldn't book with CheckVienna again!

I wouldn't stay here again! The check in process had email instructions and no one there physically, I was told to ring a number and the door would open but when I did this the operator said the number was out of service, this threw me so I tried to ring the second number I had been given to be told this was out of service too! At one point I thought we had been conned and had nowhere to stay!!! Luckily another resident let us in. The apartment wasn't very clean, there was dust all over the fan, behind the bed cabinets and the bed, we also found several spiders, fake eyelashes and a used tissue next to an empty condom packet! There were cobwebs under a cupboard door, the shower fell off if you put the water on fast and the bath only had cold water from its tap. The white microwave was brown inside! My daughter always complained of itching when near the bed and as we left she came out in bites all over her body! Not sure if these were from inside or not. We only stayed one full day and as the number given was out of service it seemed futile in complaining at the time. I have since spoken via email to the owners and they have apologised and said they will speak to the cleaners! If visiting Vienna then do your research on the Zones before booking, this apartment was in Zone 10 and whilst it isn't the worst area for safety it isn't the best either and in the evening I felt quite vulnerable! As with all big Cities always have your wits about you and be mindful of pick pockets!

Wonderful working class neighborhood. See what the real Vienna is like. Friendly faces, excellent location, near metro, vegan restaurants, bus, etc...

Kleines Appartement in Arbeiterviertel

Grundsätzlich ist das Appartement völlig in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung ist funktional und einfach. Sauberkeit im Wohnraum war nicht zu beanstanden. Leider sind die Matrazen des Bettes derart durchgelegen,das man meinen könnte sie wären noch von Maria Theresia. Das Badezimmer geht gar nicht.Löcher in der Emaille Schimmel und Schmodder an der Duschwand in Schimmel an Kacheln und Wänden. Schade.

Appartment in Wien

Die Vorbereitung und Unterstützung vor Ort war gut. Die Schlüsselübergabe korrekt. Die Sauberkeit im Appartment war nicht gut. In Küche und Bad sowie Abstellraum fanden sich Abfälle vom Vormieter. Das Bettgestell samt Matraze in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Matratze ist durchgelegen, der Lattenrost an einigen Stellen durchgebrochen. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist der Strassenlärm unerträglich (Hauptstrasse mit Strassenbahn und tw. Pflastersteinen.)
