When we arrived, the key was not in the lockbox, so we were switched to another room. This other room smelled strongly of marijuana. Additionally, we were promised a private room with a private bathroom and soap and shampoo. When we arrived, the bathroom was communal and only a travel sized green apple baby shampoo was provided. Not as advertised. Would not recommend

There was no heat in the building. In the bedroom there were electric heaters without temperature control that had to be plugged in which took away two of the plugs in the room including the one for the lamp. The shower did not drain properly and water puddled around the washing machine and the entire floor on the bathroom would get wet. Not having heat in the bathroom made showering a very unpleasant experience. There were no trash cans in the shower room or toilet room. One guest had left a used tampon in the toilet. The host wanted me to send messages through WhatsApp instead of the VRBO app and didn't address my concerns at all. And trying to reach VRBO support was nearly impossible due to a lack of internet.
