Breakfast has good variety. Location is right next to the metro station. There is a gigantic Pilar in the room. It's ugly and takes a lot of space. A room like this should be mentioned in the description and offered at a discount. Privacy is also awful. There is no bathroom door. You have a high chance of being seen by your roommate when stepping out of the shower. The direction on Expedia is also wrong. It doesn't take you to the hotel if you follow it on Google map.

Room was clean & comfortable, the open plan nature meant there was a lack of privacy when showering and drying. I was sharing a twin room with a friend, not family. The breakfast was good. Same every day, but enough choice. There was a scram for the pastries as these disappeared quickly and were not replaced. Staff were polite and helpful. The underground was 10 paces from the main door out onto the street, we used this to go to various tourist sites. Overall really pleasant, easy to get around from, so location was great.

Everything was great. It's very close to the U4 subway station. There's a supermarket in the same building. The hotel has a café where we had breakfast and dinner. The staff were very friendly. We arrived in the morning, left our luggage at the hotel, went sightseeing, and then returned to check in. It was very quiet at night. Overall, Vienna is a very safe city. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel for anyone checking my review.
