The staff were all very helpful and kind. The restaurant was lovely. Our room was so comfortable that my mom opted to nap, rather than sightsee, one afternoon and was delighted with her choice.

Great restaurant, great parking allthough i thought parking was included but i was charged for it. Details in booking saids it provides parking spot which is misleading. Another thing is room service, you have to ask for it, We didnt know, used same towels for 2 days. Apart from that great location.

An urban hotel, with a big park across the road, and a major tourist venue on the same block! Few minutes from main train station and 3 key tram lines! Location is superb! It is set back from a ring road so don't expect bucolic sounds! It's a city hotel for a city break. We live in the countryside so you'd expect us to say too noisy to sleep. But no! Beds are fantastic in the Panorama rooms and we both slept extremely well. Food and drink high quality. Second stay at this venue. Will go again!

The hotel is beautiful, cozy, and welcoming, and the staff is generally very friendly and pleasant. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The hotel is quite noisy due to the frequent police sirens passing by, which can disturb the peace and comfort of the stay. The bed was also very hard and not particularly comfortable, which affected the quality of my sleep. Unfortunately, my experience was also disappointing when the taxi arranged by the hotel to take me to the airport never arrived. When I informed the front desk, the staff member did not seem particularly concerned or make an effort to contact the taxi company or find an alternative solution. This was especially frustrating when trying to get to the airport. Overall, the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, but the noise and lack of assistance in this situation affected my experience.
