Vienna in fancy neighbourhood

Nearby Schonbrunn and nearby metro you can discover Vienna easily. New and clean apartment. Terrace to enjoy your breakfast in the morning

There was a big reason I think you should consider NOT staying here. We paid in advance through Expedia as there was no option to Pay at Stay for this one. Here are my ratings out of 10. Mattresses: 7 Pillows: 8 Outside noise: 6 Inside noise: 4 (heard the neighbors a lot during the day) Shower: 1 (did not drain first night. Read below) Bathtub - none Laundry -Washing machine, drying racks Kitchen - 8 Hair dryer: 1 - weak A/C - 10 Location - 8, short walk to station Also liked that the bedroom was separate from main area. The blurb in Expedia was an inviting call from the chef owners to come experience a meal with them and learn about Vienna! I was so excited to make a connection that we would remember as a family. The morning we arrived for our stay, I got a notification about the code for the little electronic lockbox on the outer door of the property and to our room. The door seemed pretty thin and beat up. We came in to a slightly overgrown yard, aging concrete pad on the first level, and steps up to the second level. Much of the inner apartment is fine. I take a shower, which is flat to the floor with an infinity drain. The clogged drain backs up the water out onto the floor. I email the owners twice, NO response. I bought gloves and cleaned it myself... It was so disgusting, full of gunk and hair. A guest should NEVER have to do this, and on top of that, I NEVER got a response to this day. We stayed but beware the cheery description.

Werde Strafanzeige stellen, da Wohnung belegt war Herr Vrenko sagte mir am Telefon, das er seit Jahren nicht mehr mit FeWo zusammenarbeitet

Ausbaufähig - nur für geringe Ansprüche

Die Wohnung kann man nicht als neu bezeichnen, sie hat schon ein paar Jahre hinter sich! Die Bilder in der Beschreibung gehören nicht zur gemieteten Wohnung. Lediglich der Balkonplatz, der aber zu mehreren Wohnungen gehört. Auch die beschriebenen Vorräte Öl, Zucker, Salz etc. fehlten - bis auf einen Salzstreuer.Besteck und Geschirr sehr (!) knapp bemessen, reichte nicht, um den kleinen Geschirrspüler zu füllen. Z.B. zwei Tassen oder 2 Esslöffel in einer Wohnung für evtl. 4 Personen!Wir waren zu zweit, da hat es gerade gereicht.Eine kleine Mängelliste: Fernsehen war nicht möglich (kein Signal), eine Deckenlampe im Bad defekt, ebenso die Lampe an einem Bett, Rollenhalter im Bad aus der Wand gebrochen, Henkel der Teekanne abgebrochenVielleicht sollte der Vermieter mal zwei Tage in der Wohnung zubringen, um die Notwendigkeit von Verbesserungen zu erkennen Wir haben die Zeit trotzdem genossen. Die Lage zur U4 ist ideal, an den Straßenlärm kann man sich gewöhnen. Induktionsherd und Handtuchheizung im Bad sehr angenehm - und trotz des Zustandes war die Wohnung sehr sauber!

de woning klopte niet met advertentie

De woning was schoon. Maar de handdoeken (slechts 2 pp voor een week) waren dun, versleten, zelfs met gat erin. Geen zout, peper en olie, zoals beschreven. Geen bank (om te bouwen tot tweepersoonsbed) in de woonkamer, maar een stapelbed, zodat je niet fatsoenlijk voor de t.v. kon zitten. Slechts twee vaatwasblokjes en twee rollen closetpapier.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Wien

Die Wohnung ist für 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind optimal. Die S- Bahn ist in 5 Min erreichbar und man ist in 15 Min in der Innenstadt von Wien. Es gibt in der Nähe mehrere Supermärkte (Billa, HOFER und Sparmarkt) was der Selbstversorgung hilft. Das Abfallmanagement ist zwar gut beschrieben aber so nicht umsetzbar. Es sind nur 2 Tonnen für Restmüll vorhanden, die auch sehr schnell voll sind. Sonst aber ist diese Wohnung ein sehr guter Standort um Wien zu erkundigen.

keine neue Ferienwohnung!

die Fewo macht insgesamt einen abgewohnten Eindruck und ist in keinster Weise neuwertig. Geschirrtechnisch ist die Wohnung nicht für 4 Gäste ausgestattet, auf Anfrage wurden uns über einen Verwalter noch Tassen, Gläser und Schalen zugestellt. Der Kühlschrank hatte definitiv schon länger keine Reinigung mehr erfahren, in den Gemüsefächern machte sich eine braune Brühe breit und die Flaschenhalterung in der Kühlschranktür ist herausgerissen. Die Antihaftpfanne wies gar keinen Belag mehr auf!!! Ein absolutes no go! Zumal der Vermieter sich als Koch und Somelier bezeichnet, sollte er wissen, dass Kochutensilien in diesem desolaten Zustand zum Braten ungeeignet sind! Im Badmülleimer befand sich noch Müll, die Ablage um das Waschbecken bereits vom Wasser aufgeschwemmt (NEU....bestimmt nicht!). Die Stores hatten teilweise braune Flecken, die Rauchmelder waren demontiert und lagen in der Schublade, diese wurden später vom Verwalter, welcher weder Deutsch noch Englisch verstand, mitgenommen und hat sich mit dem Kommentar:"Nix Alarm", wieder verabschiedet. Eine Rückmeldung seitens des Vermieters gab es leider nicht!

Schöner Aufenthalt in Wien mit netten Gastgebern und einer sauberen Wohnung.

Es handelt sich um ein Wohnanlage mit Balkon und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich. Die U Bahn ist nicht weit weg was bei geöffneten Fenstern hörbar ist, dennoch nicht bei Geschlossenen. Gerne Wieder. Lg
