Still good on second visit

Second time staying here, good location just by two tram lines and a bus stop. Excellent price and simple, comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly staff and if you arrive late the keys are left out for you.

Reception was a little tricky to find. Room was small but worked, location was excellent. Bus 13a framed you from main train station to hotel at the end of the line. Tram was right outside the front door to get you to the center. So location was excellent.,

This is a budget-friendly, no-frills, classic Vienna pension. Was perfect for our quick overnight visit with its location and friendly staff. Only complaint is the sofa bed may be ok for kids but not comfortable for adults.

The front staff was excellent and so friendly. In an older historical building with beautiful floors. A good spot to sleep and rest. Shower were good water pressure. There is a metro stop in front of the building which helps you access all of Vienna.

Ok, so it's not the Ritz but it is in a great location for the Christmas market (the reason for our visit). There is a tram stop out the front making travel to other Vienna must sees very easy. The cafe over the road has great gnocchi and there is a convenience store a few shops away. If you need somewhere clean, comfy and convenient Pension Vera is great.

This was a very very very small room. But super clean, they do well with the space they can, and you get what you pay for. Super close to lots of public transport and great food options. I felt I was staying in the centre of Vienna which was nice, close to everything. I would stay here again if only for a night or two, if for longer you’d probably need a larger room.

Room was clean and adequate but far too hot. The radiator was behind the bed but I didn't spot that until the following day. The bed covering was very inadequate and didn't cover half the bed and the pillow (I normally only use one pilow) was exeptuonally thin. There was no regulation on shower - went from boiling hot to freezing cold.

It was awful

The room smelled so bad and there was hair on the pillow cases. The room was dark and the walls were so thin. I literally felt that I'm living with the people next room. I could even hear them snoring during the night. The location is good. But in general, I do not recommend it at all.

The room was not ready, it did not have bed sheets, we were 3 guest and two babies and there were only two pillows without the pillowcases. Only one towel. The person at the reception does not know about customer service, he did not care about anything.
