Nice apartment with close proximity to U-bahn and Museas. No breakfast provisions nor coffee or tea however the fridge and pantry did stock some leftovers frrom previous visitors. We had a good stay in Vienna and were generally happy with the apartment. Communications with the owner on the other hand were less smooth. We were told by the cleaning lady who let us in on arrival that an additional cleaning fee was required even though this was not mentioned in booking confirmation nor previous communications with the owner. Upon inquiry, they explained it was a problem with Expedia. Following emails received no response and when calling about the possibility of using internet on the TV they basically said "not possible" and hung up. It was a pity the owner was not very customer oriented and clearly did not want to deal with any communications from his guests. We would have been OK to pay the extra fee had his communications been a bit more professional.
