Bathroom became half flooded after taking a shower normally, water just kept seeping from the shower. Bathroom is also slightly molded. Wall has some holes from removal of probably furniture that were not made good. The property also has stairs towards 1/F upon entrance for access to room, not ideal for travelling with luggage or with accessibility needs. Asked for checking...

「The check-in and room key access is completely online which is fine if everything works well. The property itself is very clean and well set up. I had trouble unlocking the door which turned out to be my own fault, but it was stressful being stuck in the corridor with no way that I was aware of to get help. An email I sent at the time was answered a few hours later. I ended up waiting in the lobby for someone else to enter the building and they helped me. I also couldn't access wifi when I...
