Especially the main bathroom the toilet cistern lid was cracked, hole in the wall and the tiles around the shower waste were missing. there was four of us but only bedding for three, so attention to detail was poor. It was fine for two nights and the location was great”

“The location is marvelous and there is an underground station a block away so it is easy to navigate the city. It is very close to museum quarters , walking distance. There is a marvelous cake place right down stairs AIDA . Staff is very prompt to respond and they solve the issues fairly quickly. Place is good for the price value, it is not luxurious but it is warm, safe and has noise isolation. I would just ask the staff to upgrade the bedding, besides that it is a very comfortable place to……
