It is a worn out old hotel in every way the rooms are not clean, the staff may be friendly, but incompetent, and the breakfast is not worth having

Close to city centre, decent pool, basic breakfast, good air con, good shower, comfortable bed, had to wait for our room even after arriving after check in time but otherwise decent stay for the price, will return

Paid for 3 nights and didn’t sleep there. Checked in and saw the place and checked out. Dirty!! Nasty!! Not a clean place to sleep. I’m not sure where the rest of the review came from that says the place is clean

NOT luxury Hotel
Very sad old hotel and nowhere near a luxury place. TV didn’t work, bathroom not so fresh and NO parking for the car just street parking

Great for the rate
Thecproperty's location is great. The rate is not bad at all. The property is going through einvoation as it it needs a lots of improvement. Breakfast options and seevice can be better.

Very Clean and a friendly staff
For the cost, it was a very nice hotel with a good breakfast and a friendly staff. Cloze to the Mekong.

We changed rooms three times in our five day stay. In first room no hot water and thick mould on bathroom ceiling. Second room lost all power. Third room was good but only there for two nights. Staff were very helpful and kind but building needs major maintenance.

I would recommend
An excellent hotel in a convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful best breakfast we have ever had in Asia. Only downside was that they didn't have an evening opening restaurant and we had find somewhere outside, this after a long journey.

I was satisfied with hotel. Strong wifi, good breakfast choice, well situated. Also a gym. Does not serve meals but restuarent next door and 5 min walk is " tourist" district with many choices of cuisine. Very nice hotel, no complaints.

All in all it was a very nice experience we had mix up with hotel.coms reservation but once that was fixed I truly had great stay. The balcony rooms are a must you get to feel the local charm from in close! I felt very comfortable no issues great staff

This was a horrible experience. The sliding shower glass doors shattered while my wife was showering. Thank god she wasn’t seriously injured. She suffered a few cuts and bruises but the psychological trauma is what sticks with me. Although the staff responded as best they could I was very dissatisfied with the overall remedy to the situation. They did switch me to another room and did what they could. I think the staff needs more training for situations like this. It is a nice hotel but In the future I would not stay here again.

Good value in a central but quiet location
The hotel is in a great location, centrally located but on a very quiet back lane. Room was basically fine, with some minor issues. Closet rod was so high up it was unusable. We couldn't get the safe to work and it wasn't secured to the furniture. Some problems with hot water stability. Overhead lights were too dim for reading, and the bedside lamp was too low down. Overall the place was comfortable, though. Breakfast was okay - eggs cooked to order were delicious, but the rest of the buffet didn't change at all from one day to the next. On the other hand, we enjoyed eating out on the balcony looking over the street.

Good short stay.
The hotel is a bit dated and not the cleanest but if you are staying for a short time, it takes care of all your basic needs. It is walking distance to the night market and has a ton of great local street food nearby. If you are planning just to rest here, there really are no problems. Front desk staff speak Lao and English and are very helpful.

Good value stay! Just some minor improvement
+ Good selection of breakfast, room is big and clean. Good location. It’s good value that I will recommend others - they said we consume snack from minibar which we didn’t, even though at the end they didn’t charge us. I think they didn’t replenish after the previous customer left. Also didn’t make our bed, there is no way we can tell them since there is no sign where we can hang it at the door

Diamond in the rough.
This is very new hotel. My room was large, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly, helpful and there was always someone on duty that spoke English. Bed was above average by Asian standards but a bit hard by western standards. It is in more of a business than a tourist location. It is walking distance to major sites and tuktuks are always available if you prefer to ride. Wifi, lighting and plumbing worked well. Breakfast setup was a bit slow but if you have some time to wait there is eventually a good selection. Plenty of cheap street food on the street behind as well as a night market nearby. I didn't eat at any of the nearby restaurants but there are a few nearby that looked good. Elevator was out of service once for a short time but repaired quickly. This is an excellent choice for business trips and a great budget choice for leisure travel if you don't mind a short walk or tuktuk ride.

C'est un établissement qui n'est pas géré Les employés sont livrés à eux-mêmes et ne font pas le travail minimum : Des bouteilles de bières trainent dans les couloirs Des sacs de déchets non ramassés Des cendriers pas nettoyés Les sols pas balayés ni lavés Les vitres dégueulasses Les employés campent dans le lobby Les employés ne parlent pas anglais ou très mal Le petit dej est pourri, café nescafé 😮, pas de verres en quantité, pas de bols, pas fruits en quantité, pas de Grill pain 😮, ça j'avais jamais vu Pas de resto, pas de bar malgré la description Enfin le dernier jour, mon taxi pour l'aéroport n'était pas commandé alors que j'avais bien prévenu et payé

I found I couldn't use WIFI in the room, I asked a staff to repair, but it didn't work. Then I asked for a room change, but the staff made me waiting for 90 minutes. Too bad!

Absolutely not a luxury hotel
The staff was really great & nice, but the hotel is in really old and bad shape, aircondition leaking and not work well, they change room for me, but still not good, the bathroom are really nasty and the picture shown when order not match the reality.. I dont recommend this hotel, it was very overpriced too
