“Spacious and well decorated room with pretty wooden furnishings, large covered balcony, extensive sea view and good pool. Checking in and out were smooth and staff very accommodating. Ample secure parking provided but quite an inconvenient location with few amenities, shops or restaurants nearby. Would happily stay again and highly recommend as a more budget-friendly option.”

It was my birthday while there and we came back to our room to find a balloon, Cava and chocolate, it was a lovely surprise. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. We often stay in Puerto de la Cruz but until now have never found accommodation we were happy with. Now we have and we will definitely stay again. Dining options are abundant - from an informal pool side cafe to a fancy, multi course dinner tasting menu! Lots of places to lounge - poolside or to stare off at the views. Check-in process was a tad long for my taste but overall a 9.9!!”
