Michael and Garfield at front of house were friendly and we got above-and-beyond assistance in booking an excursion. Natasha learned our names day one and always offered a smile and helpful service. Vernessa offered warm friendly service and absolutely went above and beyond on our last day and made us feel so special. I could go on and on and am sorry for missing anyone! We even witnessed bar and restaurant staff expertly handle a rude and abusive guest. If you are seeking a smaller, clean, nicely appointed, well-located hotel where you will feel seen and treated with care and respect, then Coco Palm is for you. We will certainly be back along with other repeat guests."

"The latest remodeling of Secrets St. Lucia turned out absolutely beautiful!! The rooms are very up to date, clean and beautiful! The resort itself is very clean, nicely furnished and just out right gorgeous! From the moment we got to the resort we were greeted and treated so well by all of the staff! He’s not pushy at all as his excursion reviews sell it for him! They take you through and amazing day full of volcanic mud baths, waterfalls, lunch at his personal house and then snorkeling.
