“The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner.”

“I stayed there on business as I did not want to stay in Paris central, a very quaint little hotel with lovely helpful staff. Surrounding amenities are sparse but there is a nice little bar with attached shop, again friendly staff. I did eat in the hotel the first night and was given lovely homemade food with a beer. Breakfast is as expected with lovely warm bread and butter. Wi-Fi is hit/miss however on my second evening I was given a dongle for my room that worked perfectly well for my needs.”

This made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. There is also a water station on the ground floor where guests can refill their bottles at any time, which was very convenient. “Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Château de Pommeuse. Les propriétaires sont des personnes particulièrement sympathiques, accueillantes et passionnées. Nous avons eu le plaisir d’échanger avec eux sur l’histoire du château, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus enrichissant et authentique. Le cadre est magnifique, paisible et chargé d’histoire, une vraie parenthèse hors du temps. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu pour tous ceux qui recherchent à la fois charme, tranquillité et belles……

“The hotel and room looked like in good shape. Parking area was good. But the hot water supply for showering was not stable - this was the most annoying issue during my stay, given that the weather in April is usually cool / cold at France. I have changed the room, the issue was still happened. It seems that the water pressure might be generally not strong enough for all rooms. And due to thus key issue and other minor issues, I think the money paid was not deserved. ”

“I think we were shocked to find how small. It was a very clean room and it fit my family of 5 very well. Conveniently located if you want to take the bus to Disneyland. Labeled as family friendly but signs everywhere to be quiet between 8pm and 8am. I don’t know about you but 1 year olds don’t know what that means. The floors creaked really bad, which I don’t mind but I felt bad for the people below us when we were walking across the room. Overall fine place to rest your head after a long day at……
