Modern and Spacious

Very friendly staff at reception. Well sized and presented room with all the features you would expect. Underground parking available at an adjacent public car park with a separate marked area for the Hotel allowing access straight from the car park to the Hotel. I only had breakfast and not an evening meal but the restaurant was superb with interesting views of the port.

Large hotel by the convention center, not a good location, dirty area and kind of sketchy. About 20 minutes from old town walking, parking is paid. Saw people having drugs by the entrance of the lobby. Vigo's old town is in bad shape, many buildings are deteriorated.

Todo bien exceptuando que el baño de la habitación tiene una vidrio enorme con vista a la habitación (ambos sentidos) y aunque tiene una persiana es un poco incómodo en términos de privacidad.

Acceso un poco limitado. La fachada podría ser modernizada en el área del lobby, sobretodo los pisos hace que se vea el lugar oscuro y poco acogedor. Por otra parte, el personal muy atento y la habitación muy acogedora y amplia.

Muito caro para um hotel normal.

O horário do check-in foi alterado sem aviso prévio(era às 14, mas informaram que era às 15). Às garrafas do minibar estavam muito sujas, o preço era muito alto para baixa qualidade do quarto, a cama não era confortável e os travesseiros não eram bons. Escolhi este hotel pois já havia ido ao de Lisboa e a experiência havia sido ótima. Infelizmente o hotel em Vigo não é tão confortável quanto o de Lisboa.
