Casa das Estevas from Simply Salema is a large luxury villa for up to 12 guests with 5/6 ensuite bedrooms, heated pool, kids’ pool, hot tub, games room, bar, and roof terrace. This special villa is just a 5-minute stroll from Salema’s world-class beach, village centre and restaurants.

Wake up to sunrise over the Atlantic and fall asleep to the sound of waves at Casa das Estevas, a luxury beachfront villa in Salema, Algarve. This stunning 5/6-bedroom retreat sleeps up to 12 guests, with direct beach access, breathtaking sea views, and spacious terraces. Enjoy a large heated pool, children’s pool, hot tub, games room with bar, and a spectacular roof terrace. Fabulous House and Location

The house is fabulous. Great layout with playroom (pool table....) next to the pool. Kitchen has a great layout for cooking. Quick walk into town and the beach. If you want a relaxing place to stay and then drive to go sightseeing this is the place. Loved staying here and would definitely return. The owner really cares about his properties and quickly responds to inquiries.

Great Location; Great Property

The property looked the same as the on-line pictures! Unbelievable view of the water and coastline. Plenty of room for 10 people. Ages of family was 23-59. We all enjoyed the property and the town of Salema. Great walkable area for active people. We would recommend this property and town.

We had a wonderful time and would recommend the village of Salema and the villa itself to anyone wanting a peaceful holiday with all the amenities. The beach is beautiful and there are so many lovely places to eat just a walk away. It is perfect for families with older children who would enjoy some independence.

Wonderful spacious property with beautiful views and comfortable beds! Each room having its own bathroom made it ideal for us as 2 families with adult kids. The kitchen was well equipped for dining in, and the villa was well positioned to access cocktail bars and restaurants in Salema. We could lie by the pool or stroll down to the beach

Fantastic house with gorgeous views

We had a lovely two week stay at this property. The host provided us with all the details we needed to grt to the house and about the town and surrounding area, so check in was a breeze. The house is very clean, very well appointed, and modern. The views are gorgeous. There is a beautiful secluded beach a stones throw from the house down an adventurous trail. Salema itself is a great little town as well; not touristy at all- very low key and down to earth. Samantha was there for us every step of the way and made our stay very easy. We’d go again!

The house was incredible. Well equipped. Lovely pool and outside eating area. We used the games room a lot. The views from every room were amazing. Great location, short walk into the village, plenty of restaurants to choose from. All you need for a perfect holiday. We will definitely be back.
